Fairly clean hotel in a nice building next to the airport, restaurants and stores, and stores. The rooms with shower and snacks, as for instance. Very attentive staff throughout. Lovely and incredible location right next door to a fabulous restaurant, very clean pool. Good choice of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Efficient service here! The staff were super helpful throughout my stay. Being close to downtown and parks along the river was a big bonus 🌳.

I had a roof over my head for the night is the only thing positive I will say. We stayed at other places on our vacation which were less money and we're hands-down exceedingly above and beyond this hotel.
I didn't like when the hotel staff asked me if I was a Hilton rewards member and I gave them my information only to find out the next day that it doesn't count because of how I booked the hotel. I didn't like the attitude of the personnel when I asked for an explanation. This still doesn't make any sense to me and I never received an explanation. I also didn't like the quesadillas which had way too many mushrooms and this wasn't indicated on the menu as well as the chicken wings which were below average. I would never order food there again or stay at the hotel again. Hilton, you have a name to live up to and you fell short by a long shot. I'm very disappointed.

I LOVE the décor and comfort of the Garden theme
Children's breakfast was a little pricey

The triple room we stayed in was brand-new and cozy. However, the snacks provided were a bit off - they were expired by 1 month 🤦♂️. Besides that, the food was tasty and the location was pretty convenient.

Easy access to interstate.
Lots of noise. Carpets stacked up in reception area. Too pricey with this going on.

The bed was comfortable.
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It caused our $100 electric toothbrush to short out completely at the start of our vacation. There was some mold in the bathroom and some paint was flaking as well.

The location was convenient and decent for traveling around Glastonbury, close to multiple restaurants, downtown, and parks near the ct River. Actually, everything was fantastic. My next choice again in Glastonbury. I found the location of the hotel very convenient for exploring Glastonbury, with plenty of restaurants and parks nearby. my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Glastonbury.

The hours at the pool and the spa. And the operation of the public area if friends were visiting

Great location close to many places; lots of dining choices, and even a Walgreens nearby for essentials. Plus, it's just a short 2-mile drive to Gorman Park for some outdoor fun! 🌳

Quality of room for the price. (Was only there one night, and was busy away from hotel; didn't have time to check out all the facilities.)
No information brochures of any kind in the lobby about surrounding area, including metro Hartford. We had some time to kill while waiting for a ceremony.
